Yes! Blackvine provides virtual design options for those who do not live within our service area. Please contact Blackvine so we can create a custom quote for you.
Most designs take 6 weeks to 3 months. The process will vary based on the design complexity, development of the 3D component, and client involvement. A great design is the foundation for every great project. It is best to plan early to ensure the details of your project can be finalized for construction.
Design is a collaborative process, so we love hearing your thoughts, ideas, dreams, and concerns. There are two distinct opportunities to make changes in the design process that are included in the cost of the design. The first is during the 2D conceptual drawings. This is where we determine if we need to adjust any of the major concepts of the design. The second is after the 3D renderings have been completed. Colors, textures, and finishes can be adjusted at this time. If you would like to make major structural changes to the design after the 3D renders have been produced, they will be billed at $65.00 per hour.
2D designs begin at $500 and 3D designs begin at $2,000. All 3D designs come with a set of 2D plans. These are conceptual renders to illustrate potential layout of your space and do not include construction plans or cross sections. Should these elements be needed, a drafting estimate will be provided.
Projects begin at $5,000, however most of our projects range from $20,000 to $400,000. Costs will vary depending on the features of your space.
