Phone Consultation
Our owner Ben Sorensen will learn about you and your needs in an initial phone consultation.
During this phone call, we will discuss the project, design aesthetics, budget, and the services we offer. This provides the opportunity to answer any questions before the initial consultation.
On-Site Consultation
The initial meeting on site to determine the site conditions, where utilities are located and a deeper conversation of design possibilities. During this consultation, Ben will share all design ideas and possibilities from the services that we offer.
Design Consultations for outdoor living spaces are $100 and typically last from 30 minutes to two hours depending on the project and the complexity of the design. Drainage, sod, and grading projects may not require a consultation fee.
Conceptual Design
Once a plan is formulated on site, we will get our creative juices flowing. We offer both 2D and 3D designs. Outdoor Living and Landscaping projects will require a scaled design for installation. This ensures that the vision is shared with the client. All aspects including dimensions, codes, and specifications are considered during the design phase to facilitate a successful build. 2D designs begin at $500.00 and 3D designs begin at $2000.00. Smaller projects may not require a design. Inquire on your initial phone consultation and we will let you know based on the scope of work desired.
Build
At this phase the plans are complete and it’s time to bring your project to life. Blackvine’s team of professional masons, landscapers, and carpenters will arrive to execute the plan without management from the client.
We value and respect your property, time, and family. You will find peace of mind knowing that the same group who designed your project is also constructing it.
